We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in providing essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Valid HHA certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
- Reliable transportation.
